1. How do I place an order?
Are you wanting custom screen printing or embroidery? If you are, then you will need to stop by our location, email us, or give us a call at 512-218-4038.
If you would like to order online from our RockSports decorated line of apparel then do it here at www.rocksports.net. It's easy! Search through the different designs and activities on your browser. You will notice that there are designs under T-shirts. The "T-shirts" category is our retail and wholesale line of decorated apparel. "Custom Apparel" is our category of examples or templates that you can use to print your own design, matching your organizations specifications. "Fundraising" is our category of products designed to be sold in a catalog/brochure sale and/or to be offered as prizes in conjunction with a school fundraiser. When you find a design that you like click on the image to find out specific information about the product. You may either keep shopping or go through the check-out process.
2. How can I pay?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and Discover. For schools and non-profit organizations that need to use a purchase order, you must call (800-324-5152), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or fax (800-218-4038) in your orders.
3. How much does shipping cost?
For your convenience we offer several shipping methods: ground, 3-day, 2-day, and next day. School Delivery is a special option with special conditions see FAQ #4. All shipping is handled by the United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates are calculated in real time. "Pick up" from RockSports is available for anyone in the Austin/Round Rock Area that would like to pick up their orders from our physical location.
4. When will you deliver to the school? For fundraising orders only, (all online stores that begin with www.rocksports-myschool.com) you will have the option for delivery to the school. The products will be delivered in bulk to the school on a monthly basis.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending upon your method of shipping, most orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after you place your order.
6. What are your T-shirts made of?
Look at the "Description" for all T-shirt information about the T-Shirt material. Typical RockSports T-Shirts are 100% cotton, 6.1oz.
7. Is it safe to order over the Internet?
Shopping with RockSports is safe and secure. All of our web pages that request personal information are completed using a secure link. This means that the information you send to us is encrypted in such a way that prevents other Internet users from accessing your information. RockSports will not sell, share, or distribute your information.
8. Can I have my order shipped to another address?
Yes! Make sure to indicate the correct shipping address during the check-out process. We will perform additional order verification before shipping large orders to addresses that are not the billing address. This is to protect you, as well as us, from fraudulent orders using stolen credit cards. For wholesale orders drop shipping is always available for orders of all sizes.
10. What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final unless product is damaged or the wrong specifications - like size, color, fit, etc., were sent to you by mistake. Please notify us of the damaged goods via email and we will issue a return call tag to return the damaged items.
11. What is your normal turn-around-time for orders?
Normal turn-around-time for custom screen printing or custom embroidery is two weeks. However; most of the year we can get it out in one business week from the time you finalize your artwork, counts, and order specifications. In some instances, like back to school in August and September, we may have a three week turn-around. Call to verify. 4 business days or less is considered a rush order, but we will not turn away your business if at all possible.
